Potato Pizza

Ingredients;
for the potato level
600 g potatoes, peeled n steamed until well done. mashed them all..
6 Tsp milk
1 egg
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp white pepper powder

for the pizza sauce
10 Tsp tomato sauce
1 tsp chilli sauce
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp oregano powder
half of green bell pepper, diced
half of medium size onion, sliced
1 Tsp olive oil
50 ml water
75 g minced beef
100 g saussage, sliced

for the topping
400 ml milk
30 g all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp salt
100 g grated cheddar chesse

50 g grated cheddar chesse


Methods:

for the potato level
1. Mixed all ingredients until all combine. Use your hands to mixed them.

for the pizza sauce
1. Heat the oil, saute the onion. Add the minced beef, saute until the color changed.
2. Add the rest ingredients. Cook until boil. Set aside.

for the topping
1. Mixed the flour n salt.
2. Add a bit of water to the flour. Mixed them until smooth.
3. Boil the milk. Add the flour mixture and grated chesse. Cook the until a smooth n sticky mixture formed.

how to apply
1. prepare individual alumunium case. Heat the oven about 160 Celcius degree.
2. put the potatoes mixture on the bottom. pressed it until about quater level.
3. pour the pizza sauce until it reached half level of the case.
4. cover with potatoes mixture until it reached 3/4 level of the case.
5. finally cover it with white sauce n spread some grated chesse on it.
6. bake for 20 minutes. serve it warm...
